Question: How do you get sciatic nerve pain relief?

I have a sciatic nerve problem the pain is in my lower back, my bum and my thigh feels like its been punched. Vicodin doesn’t help I also have tried Motrin. The doc gave me Valium and I have xanax. I just would prefer something that isn’t going to zonk me out. Any sugestions? I just got back from an MRI but don’t have results.

My Dr gave me a shot of something that worked great! Don’t remember what it was, but it sure took all the inflammation out and it got better shortly!

standing in a swimming pool with water up to your shoulders, inversion therapy (hanging upside down on a anti-grav machine) can help.

Also look into therapuetic massage and accupuncture

have you tried a tens machine.you can get them now from the chemist.boots or others.it blocks pain signals to the source of pain and to the brain.theyre cheap enough and worth it.

there is a good website in the resource box completely dedicated to sciatica tips: http://www.treatsciatica.info

Great Site. I had sciatica for a while, then I bought a book called “Treat Sciatica Now” that completely got rid of it for good — in 10 days

An Excellent Site
